Orders and payment
You agree to provide accurate order, payment, and delivery information. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing or technical errors, prohibited content, or inability to fulfill it; any applicable payment will be refunded.
Your uploaded content
You retain ownership of photos and other content you upload. You confirm that you own the content or have permission to use it. You grant Munzely and its service providers a limited license to copy, modify, process, transmit, and reproduce that content as necessary to create, display for your approval, fulfill, deliver, and support your order. You may not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, or deceptive content.
Personalized artwork
Personalized artwork is an artistic interpretation and may vary from the source photo. Screen colors can also differ from printed colors. Review available previews and options carefully before approval or production.
Intellectual property
The Munzely name, site design, software, copy, and non-customer artwork are owned by Munzely or its licensors and may not be copied or commercially exploited without permission.
Shipping, returns, and refunds

Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. Munzely will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Munzely’s total liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally.
