Will it actually look like my pet?
That is the whole job. Every portrait is built from your photo and checked against it for likeness — real face, markings, eye colour and expression. And because you approve the final before we print, nothing ships unless it looks like them to you.
Is this AI art?
Yes, and we would rather say so than dress it up. A human artist painting in oil takes weeks and charges hundreds. We use AI to reach that look in minutes, check it for likeness, and let you veto it before anything is printed.
What photo should I upload?
One clear, well-lit photo where you can see their face straight on. A normal phone photo is perfect — no professional shoot required. Avoid heavy shadows across the face and photos taken from far away.
How long until it arrives?
Your portrait is ready to preview within minutes of uploading. Once you approve it, your order is printed and typically ships within a few business days, then travels by standard carrier.
Can I get a memorial portrait?
Yes. The Memorial style is a soft, warm tribute for a pet who has passed — no wings, no halos, nothing twee. Choose “Memorial” when you order, or start from our memorial portraits page.
What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Once confirmed, we replace a damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect item at no extra cost.
