Munzely currently offers shipping to eligible United States addresses. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
Personalization and production
Munzely products are made to order. Delivery estimates include both artwork/production time and carrier transit time. Any estimate shown on the website or at checkout is not a guaranteed delivery date. Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages.
Fulfillment and tracking
Orders may be produced and shipped by Printful or another approved fulfillment partner from the facility best suited to the product and destination. We will send tracking information when it becomes available.
Address changes and delivery issues
Please review your shipping address carefully. Contact [email protected] immediately if it needs to be corrected; changes cannot be guaranteed after production begins. If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier before contacting us.
Damage or incorrect items
Report an item that arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect within 10 days of delivery. See our Refund and Returns Policy for the required photographs and resolution process.
